About Me

MeTattooing.jpg

From an early age, I loved art. My earliest “dream jobs” were illustrator, cartoonist, and comic book artist. In high school I found photo-realism and portraiture, mostly drawing with graphite, charcoal, and colored pencil. Eventually I graduated from the Pratt Institute with a BA in Digital Art, but after a few years of struggling to make ends meet, I decided to shift direction.

I found tattooing in 2014, and that was it. I’ve been given many life changing opportunities in this career, and I am grateful for everyone that has helped me get to where I am today.

My biggest influences include modern and contemporary dark surrealists like Salvador Dali, Zdzislaw Beksinski, Francis Bacon, H.R. Giger, and Chet Zar, as well as many Renaissance and Baroque artists. Film and TV are another source of inspiration, and something I pay homage to in my work - including the works of Tarantino, Scorsese, Kubrick, Fincher, and Burton.

With the trust of my clientele I continue to hone my own signature style, pushing the boundaries of what is possible to create on skin.

I look forward to working with you.
